Where can I relocate in the United States?
I’d like some genuine ideas please. I’ve almost finished a teaching degree and I’m seriously considering the move. Places next to major cities along the east and west coasts preferably. Anywhere in Westchester County in New York for example, or Brentwood, Los Angeles. Nice places, places for families, tree lined streets, the whole cliche. Haha. Any websites that could help me would be great. Thank you.
Perhaps I should have mentioned that I’m doing my PhD, and am looking to teach at the highest possible level.
I loved living in Tampa, FL. You have the benefits of a city with a community feel. Also, the population is very diverse.
You can apply to work at the University of Tampa (small, private, liberal arts), University of South Florida (large, public), or Hillsborough Community College.
They have some wonderful fesitvals and celebrations such as Gasparilla Day, Guavaween, Strawberry Festival, and the Summer Jazz festival. They also have several mjaor sports teams like the Buccaneers, Lightning, and the Devil Rays. Tampa is also known for its Jai Lai.
